Nominations and applications are open to Young Restaurateur’s who are 35; whose business holds a liquor licence;
have owned and operated their business for a minimum of 2 years; and, are currently residing in Australia.

Restaurateurs are invited to submit answer to questions about their business, leadership skills and vision.
