> Leanne Altman (2008 EAFE young waiter winner, currently working at Cutler & Co) & Jake Nicolson (2008 EAFE young chef winner, sous chef at Circa, the prince) talk about the program in this months foodService magazine. Both Leanne and Jake will be part of the panel at our final Industry Talk for the year to be held at Circa on Monday 22nd March. > Fleur Savage was our 2009 Electrolux young waiter runner up and is currently working at Tetsuyas in Sydney. She shares with us her service philosophy.
> Nicholas Hill (left) was a finalists, National Runner-up & Peoples Choice Winner in the Electrolux young chef category in 2007. He is currently working for our 2010 Guest of Honor, Brett Graham, at the recently crowned two Michelin starred, The Ledbury in London.
