Young Chef

Applications are open to career focused young chefs, aged 30 and under, currently residing in Australia and working full-time in the restaurant industry for a minimum of three years. Chefs are invited to submit a seasonal winter menu and recipes comprising of one canapé, entrée, main, and dessert.
For the first time in the program history, applications will also be open to unqualified chefs who have been working in the industry as a full time chef for a minimum three years. These chefs will be required to supply a written reference from their current employer with contact details.
