The Prize Packages

Electrolux Appetite for Excellence offers young talented chefs, waiters, and restaurateurs the chance to travel the world, experiencing unique opportunities that can gain national and international publicity.

Whilst the winners in all three categories are awarded prizes as outlined, to be selected as a finalist and national finalist is an amazing achievement in itself! This is why we provide all of the national finalists an enviable prize – to travel to one of Australia’s leading food and wine regions to meet the passionate producers and growers responsible for Australia’s renowned produce.  This is made possible with the support of Australia's Rural Research and Development Corporations: Australian Pork Limited, Fisheries Research and Development Corporation, Grape and Wine Research and Development Corporation, Horticulture Australia Limited and Meat and Livestock Australia.

The prizes vary year to year as more opportunities arise and to accommodate our growth. The prizes for each category are indicated. However, we hope to continue expanding and improving the rewards program for 2010 so keep your eyes peeled for some new & exciting opportunities.
